Using Office on-line
Log in to your student email account
Once in select the office drop-down in the center of the top of the page
Selecting New* will create a document as you would in the full version of Office
This documents are saved to the "SkyDrive"
To manage your SkyDrive documents
Click "Recent documents" to view files you have recently viewed both yours and shared to you
or Click "Your documents" to manage your own documents and permissions
If you click onto an individual document a sidebar will open with more options
You can upload additional files by clicking "Add files" at the top menu
You can highlight multiple items
by dragging the cursor over them, holding shift and clicking to select a group
or press Ctrl and click to select multiple individual files
