Highlights of the week (2)

Our Mental Health Festival 2021 is focused on raising awareness around the mental health and promoting a culture of positive wellbeing within our student body. Additionally, this week is a chance for everyone at DBS to build some new skills and to focus on ourselves, as we reimagine what wellbeing is together – during Covid-19 and beyond. Remember it is important that people are mindful of their mental health and wellbeing throughout the year and that it is ALWAYS good to talk.

BLUE Monday - All day Monday January 18th

Every year, the third Monday of January is dubbed “Blue Monday”. The theory goes that this is the time of year when we're all cold, broke and riddled with guilt that our new year's resolutions to get fit, drink less alcohol, and be a better human being have fallen by the wayside

We are asking all students to wear BLUE to their online lectures this Monday and support our campaign that promotes positive mental wellbeing across DBS. Be sure to keep an eye on our instagram throughout the day for the #DBSkindnesschallenge
