Effective from Saturday 16th January (inclusive) all passengers arriving into Ireland are required to have a negative/"not-detected" result from a pre departure COVID-19 PCR Test taken within 72 hours of departure.
- A negative test is required- regardless of port of origin.
- The negative test must be taken within 72 hours of departure for Ireland.
- The test must be a PCR COVID-19 Test
- You may be requested to produce this test prior to boarding your airplane or ferry
- You will be required to produce the results of the test on arrival in Ireland
This requirement is in addition to all existing self-restriction and COVID-19 protocols which remain in place for passengers and students arriving into Ireland.
