Hey guys!

I’m Evan, your VP for Student Life. I hope you’re all enjoying your summer. Whether you’re using this time to upskill, take a well needed break, or like myself stuck between the drama of Euro 2020 (and of course Love Island).

The team and I can’t wait to safely welcome you back to DBS and enhance everyone's ‘Return to College’ experience. Our team is working hard to ensure that you guys have an exciting schedule of events, fun activities, and enjoyable trips too. You can expect a wide variety of engaging events, supports and fresh content coming your way this year. 

With the reintroduction of events and clubs and societies, my focus this year is maximise your college experience, with a focus on recreating a ‘Campus Culture’ that we’re all striving to get back to.

On your return to college, I strongly encourage you to make the most of your college experience and get involved in whatever you can. Whether it's attending college events, joining a new club or society, or maybe getting involved in a leadership role. Whatever you do, try to make some new connections around the college. With the year that’s gone by, one lesson we can all learn is to take nothing for granted. So our team will be here to help you make the most of your time here in DBS. We want to ensure you not only get a high quality education, but also some lifelong memories and friends too.
