Dell has invited DBS female students enrolled in technical courses to take part in their STEM Aspire Program which starts on January 24th at their Cherrywood offices. STEM Aspire is a mentoring initiative that aims to encourage and empower female technical students to graduate and to have successful and rewarding careers in the Technology sector.
Participants will be given access to;
• Contacts in Dell's Talent Acquisition function and information shared
through colleges in relation to Graduate hiring/Internships.
• Shared best practice on CV preparation.
• Mentors to direct students to the right SME if they require support with
studies or additional insight into a certain subject.
• Opportunities to Shadow a role to understand how the studies would
translate into the workforce within Dell EMC.
