Student Experience

The Student Experience Team is committed to supporting you on your journey through College. We provide extensive supports including: accommodation advice; visa advice; information on medical services; welfare & counselling; referral to academic support facilities; information about student discounts and much more. We organise an extensive calendar of social, sporting and career focused activities, and co-ordinate the College Sports and Societies. There is always something going on- please join in!

Our support services are provided in a student-friendly, accessible way, through the Student and Careers Hubs. Our objective is to ensure DBS students have the best possible College-life experience and to promote a DBS community and culture that is focused on student wellbeing and success.

Our Careers Coaches help students develop employability and enterprise skills to achieve their career potential. These are aligned with the requirements and attributes that employers seek in graduates. Our strategy is simple, to produce exceptional, work ready graduates that have a competitive advantage over students from other colleges when entering the employment market.
