The Academic Operations team comprises of Programme Coordinators assigned to each subject discipline in DBS: Schools of Business, Law, ICT, Springboard, Professional Diplomas and Arts.
Programme Coordinators are the first point of contact for all student queries regarding enrollment, timetabling and more. There are a number of ways you can contact us:
Service Desk - 2nd Floor Castle House
Programme Coordinators rotate shifts at the service desk from 9:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Thursday, and until 1:30pm on Fridays. Students can drop by with any queries, no appointment is necessary.
Online Service Desk Request
The quickest and most efficient way to log a query is to create a ticket on the online Service Desk. Current students can log in and choose from a range of request such as letters, IT services, timetable queries and more.
For GDPR reasons, we will require that you correspond via email for letter or transcript requests. We cannot accept requests from family or friends on behalf of a student. Please remember to use your DBS email address when corresponding with DBS staff.
