Medical Insurance

  All non-EEA students are required to have private medical insurance when coming to and residing in Ireland for the purpose of study. The private medical insurance should provide cover for accident and/or disease and should cover the student for any period of hospitalisation. You can apply for private medical insurance here.

The policy provider and policies thereafter meet the insurance requirement for non-EEA students.

All letters will be processed within 3 working days of request and will be issued to your DBS student email account.

Leapcard-  The Student Public Transport Discount Card

A Student leap Card is a travel discount card that can be used on Dublin bus, Bus Eireann, Luas, Irish Rails & The Dart.
It saves you carrying change and Leap Card fares are usually 20% cheaper than cash single tickets!  Clickon the card for more info and to download your application form. Once complete bring the form to Trinity College Student Services to
buy your card. 

 





To Register With INIS/GNIB

    • Gather ALL documents required on the checklist.
  • Make an appointment on the INIS website.   http://burghquayregistrationoffice.inis.gov.ie/

  • Attend your appointment at the Garda National Immigration Bureau, 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2.

  • Please Note- you do not need a college letter for register and re-register with The Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS),  , the college forward students' full information to INIS on a weekly basis. Click here for our full Visa Registration Guide
