Private Accommodation

Private Accommodation is the most common accommodation type for students living in Dublin. You can either rent a whole property or a single room. We recommend exercising caution and to inspect the property in-person before paying a deposit. We recommend using Spotahome.com, for your accommodation search as they verify their properties, providing peace of mind in your choice (Keep an eye for the Checked sign on their listings) . You can also email Spotahome directly and they will assist in your search.  Click here for more information on how to get a room with spotahome and avail of an exclusive discount for DBS students!

DBS recommends StayCity which is ideal short term self catering accommodation for groups of 3 or 4 people. These apartments have access to well equipped living and kitchen areas and all bills, contents insurance and WiFi are included in the rent. Staycity Aparthotels feature a kitchenette, online check in, 24 hour reception, gym facilities, Cafe and laundry room (with a small additional charge).
