It’s only Day 1 and we’re already off to an amazing start with Personal Career Development Week. 

We've had a day of great insights from Fiona Geraghty from Primark Dublin who shared their graduate programmes, career development and how to stand out in a competitive retail market. 

Padraic Flood VP, Customer Success, EMEA at Servicesource not only shared incredible insights about Servicesource from the services they provide, their clients, their global footprint, company culture but the attributes a student would need to achieve career success in any business. 

Laura shared her own experience completing a graduate programme with Bank of Ireland and now working as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, giving students insights into their application process and a more detailed approach to Data Analytics thanks to her colleague Anthony James. 

We finished the day with Sean O'Sullivan from Harvey Norman, who is also a DBS Graduate who took us on a journey through Harvey Norman's digital growth, company culture, career development and shared the importance of listening, having resilience, self awareness and leadership principles. The cherry on top of the cake was his own personal understanding of people's motivators.
