History has been made! DBS Cricket Club are officially Indoor National Champions for 2025, securing the title for the second year in a row and cementing our place at the top of college cricket in Ireland.

Our road to glory saw us take on and defeat some of the best university teams in the country, overcoming Queens, TUD, UCC, NUIG, UU, and DCU before delivering a comprehensive victory against UCD in the final.

What makes this achievement even more special? None of our players had played indoor cricket before arriving in Ireland! Adapting to a completely new format of the game, the team showed incredible skill, determination, and quick learning to dominate the competition.

This incredible achievement is a testament to the dedication, teamwork, and relentless drive of our squad, and in particular our club coach and high-flying alumni, Junaid Riaz. Back-to-back champions is no easy feat, but DBS Cricket continues to set the standard for our Sports Clubs at DBS.
