If you are having issues updating your personal details. please follow these steps.

After logging into the student portal and navigating to the "personal details" section, click on "Login" located at the top-right corner of your screen as shown below:



After this, select the "id" option. Make sure that this is done please, otherwise, your login details won't work. See below:



Now, you should be able to see "My DBS" among your options,


Click on that, and select Personal Details, then you should be able to edit afterwards.
